Section 7007

Eight members constitute a quorum at a board meeting. Due notice of each meeting and the time and place thereof shall be given each member in the manner provided by the bylaws. (Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1005, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2001.)
