Section 7008

The board may appoint such committees and make such rules and regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 891, Sec. 1.)
