  10201.  The holder of a license who fails to renew it prior to the expiration of the period for which it was issued and who has otherwise qualified for such license, may renew it within two years from such expiration upon proper application and the payment of a late renewal fee in an amount equal to one and one-half times the regular renewal fee in effect at the time the license is reinstated. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 416, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1994.)
