CHAPTER 2. General Transition Provisions [17201- 17201.] Â Â ( Chapter 2 added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 210, Sec. 91. )

  17201.  Except as provided in Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 17301), a transaction validly entered into before the effective date of the act adding this division and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than this code or, if applicable, this code, as though the act adding this division had not taken effect. (Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 210, Sec. 91. (SB 95) Effective January 1, 2024.)
