ARTICLE 1. Initiative [9300 - 9323] Â Â ( Article 1 enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2. )

  9301.  Any proposed ordinance may be submitted to the governing board of the district by an initiative petition filed with the district elections official. Signatures to these petitions shall be obtained in the same manner as set forth in Section 9020. Affidavits shall be attached to each petition section in the form and in the manner set forth in Section 9022. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
