CHAPTER 1. General Provisions [20000 - 20002] Â Â ( Chapter 1 added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 210. )

  20001.  The Superior Courts of the Counties of Santa Clara and San Mateo may conduct pilot projects pursuant to this part. Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 20010) shall govern the San Mateo County Pilot Project, and Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 20030) shall govern the Santa Clara County Pilot Project. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 210. Effective January 1, 1994.)
