ARTICLE 3. Exclusive Leases [6700 - 6711] Â Â ( Article 3 repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1373, Sec. 2. )

  6701.  Persons wishing to lease the exclusive privilege to harvest kelp shall submit a written application to the commission. An application shall include all of the following, and any other information the commission may prescribe: (a) The number of the kelp bed or beds to be leased. (b) The designated number of square miles in each bed. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1373, Sec. 2.)
