ARTICLE 2. Dividends [14900 - 14905] Â Â ( Article 2 added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 112. )

  14901.  The rates of dividends and terms of payment may be established in advance by action of the board of directors. However, nothing in this section shall be construed to permit any credit union to pay a dividend except as provided in Section 14902. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 539, Sec. 34.7. Effective January 1, 1999.)
