CHAPTER 1. Advisory Body Repeal [8000 - 8001] Â Â ( Chapter 1 added by Stats. 1992, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 21, Sec. 37. )

  8001.  (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the following advisory bodies are hereby abolished: (1) Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Radio System. (2) Law Enforcement Regional Coordinator Advisory Committee. (3) California Criminalistic Institute User. (4) Crack Down Task Force Advisory Committee. (5) Tear Gas Advisory Committee. (6) Wanted Persons System Advisory Group. (8) Contract Time Overrun and Claims Review Panel. (9) Advanced Lighting Professional Advisory Committee. (10) California Building Officials Advisory Group in the State Energy Resources, Conservation and Development Commission. (11) Geothermal Development Grant Program Advisory Group. (12) Professional Advisory Group in the State Energy Conservation and Development Commission. (13) Technical Review Committee in the State Energy Conservation and Development Commission. (14) Local Jurisdiction Advisory Committee. (15) Residential Implementation Advisory Group. (16) Forest (Coast) District, Technical Advisory Committee.
