  18101.  No transfer of the title of a manufactured home, mobilehome, commercial coach, truck camper, or floating home registered under this code shall be effective until the transferor has made proper endorsement and delivery of the certificate of title and delivery of the registration card to the transferee as provided in this code. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1467, Sec. 26. Effective October 2, 1985.)
