  18901.  (a)  This part shall be known and may be cited as the California Building Standards Law. (b)  The California Building Standards Commission shall continue within the Department of General Services. (Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 343. (AB 1317) Effective September 26, 2013.
