ARTICLE 5. Annexation [2900 - 2901] Â Â ( Article 5 enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60. )

  2901.  Annexations may proceed under Article 2 (commencing with Section 2822), as though territory to be annexed were a new district, except that the pest or pests to be controlled shall be the same as those which the annexing district is authorized to control. (Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 911, Sec. 75. Effective September 7, 1984.)
