CHAPTER 6. Permit Requirements [6500 - 6510] Â Â ( Chapter 6 added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 993. )

  6501.  Any employer subject to Section 6500 shall apply to the division for a permit pursuant to Section 6500. Such application for a permit shall contain such information as the division may deem necessary to evaluate the safety of the proposed employment or place of employment. An application by an employer shall include a provision that the applicant has knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health standards and will comply with such standards and any other lawful order of the division. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 993.)
