CHAPTER 4. Capitol Park Veterans Memorials [1300 - 1303] Â Â ( Chapter 4 repealed and added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 684, Sec. 2. )

  1301.  The Capitol Park Veterans Memorial Fund is hereby continuously appropriated to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the purpose of the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing memorials in the State Capitol to veterans of the United States Armed Forces. (Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 684, Sec. 2. (AB 1350) Effective January 1, 2024.)
