CHAPTER 3. Acquisition of Electronic Data Processing [22101 - 22109] Â Â ( Chapter 3 added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 586, Sec. 1. )

  22101.  The Legislature has found that electronic data-processing equipment, goods, and services are unique, and of such importance to state programs as to warrant a separate acquisition authority therefor. The Legislature finds that the Southern California Rapid Transit District has needs similar to the state with respect to acquisition of electronic data-processing goods and services. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 586, Sec. 1.)
