CHAPTER 5. Transfer of Trust to Another Jurisdiction [17400 - 17405] Â Â ( Chapter 5 enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79. )

  17401.  (a) The court may make an order for the transfer of the place of administration of a trust or the transfer of some or all of the trust property to a jurisdiction outside this state as provided in this chapter. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, proceedings under this chapter are governed by this part. (Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.)
