CHAPTER 9. Exclusion of Territory [17501- 17501.] Â Â ( Chapter 9 added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 72. )

  17501.  Any territory within a district which is not benefited in any manner by the district or its continued inclusion therein may be excluded from the district by proceedings under and pursuant to the District Reorganization Act of 1965 (commencing at Section 56000, Government Code). (Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 2043.)
