  22201.  Written protests or objections to the formation of the district or to its extent within the county may be filed in the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors of any affected county at any time prior to the hour fixed for the hearing. At the hearing the board of supervisors shall consider only the protests or objections filed pursuant to this section. (Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 151.)
