CHAPTER 6. Federal Funds for Demonstration Projects [2300 - 2302] Â Â ( Chapter 6 added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 805, Sec. 1. )

  2301.  The department shall undertake the Prairie Creek Redwood State Park demonstration project or other projects as described in federal law in lieu of this project financed, in part, with funds made available by Section 152 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1978 and Section 12 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1981. The total of all funds expended to complete this project or other projects as described in federal law in lieu of this project shall not be subject to any of the provisions of Section 188 or 188.8. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 805, Sec. 1. Effective September 14, 1983.)
