ARTICLE 1. San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge [30600 - 30610] Â Â ( Article 1 added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 176. )

  30601.  The toll bridge and the approaches to it are a primary state highway. No law providing that state highways shall be free highways affects the power or duty of the authority to fix the rates of toll for the toll bridge or the power and duty of the department to collect the tolls so fixed by the authority for the use of the toll bridge. (Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 715, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2004.)
