  4901.  The director shall prepare a biennial report to the Legislature, on or before February 1, 1994, and on or before February 1 of each even-numbered year thereafter, on the department’s automation plans, including any recommendation on improvements for the purpose of consideration by both policy and fiscal committees of the Legislature. (Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 713, Sec. 28. Effective September 15, 1992.)
