  16001.  If the vehicle involved was a driverless runaway vehicle and was parked with the express or implied permission of the registered owner, the registered owner of the vehicle shall be construed to have been the driver of the vehicle for the purposes of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 1409.)
