  401.  It is hereby declared that atmospheric water within the state which is caused to fall by weather resources management activities shall, for the purpose of water rights determinations, be considered as if it occurred as natural precipitation. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 950, Sec. 2.)
