ARTICLE 6. Inspection During Progress of Work [6400 - 6407] Â Â ( Article 6 enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368. )

  6401.  If, after any inspections, investigations, or examinations, or at any time as the work progresses, or at any time prior to issuance of a certificate of approval it is found by the department that amendments, modifications, or changes are necessary to insure safety, the department may order the owner to revise the plans and specifications. (Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.)
