CHAPTER 1. Jurisdiction and General Government [4100 - 4148] Â Â ( Heading of Chapter 1 renamed from Article 1 (of former Chapter 2) by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252. )

  4101.  Except as otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this code, all of the institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Department of State Hospitals shall be governed by uniform rule and regulation of the State Department of State Hospitals and all of the provisions of this chapter shall apply to the conduct and management of those institutions. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 24, Sec. 79. (AB 1470) Effective June 27, 2012.)
